Here are the most important things to know about our license and billing terms.

1. Users
   • The number of licensed users purchased for your account for the current Monthly Billing Cycle.
   • Each user can protect as many devices as they wish to invite and authenticate.
   • We bill you for the number of Users in the current Monthly Billing Cycle
2. Monthly Billing Cycle
   • This is determined by the original date of subscription.
   • If you sign-up on the 18th day of the month, you will be billed again on the 18th day of the following month.
   • If you decrease the number of users during a billing cycle, current users will remain active until the end of that cycle.
   • If you increase the number of users during a billing cycle, the pro-rata cost of the additional users is calculated and charged at that time.
3. Data Storage
   • Each user is provided with 10 GB of storage for free.
   • Additional storage costs $0.25/ GB / User.
   • Note that for Identity products (e.g. CIrcle Access Mobile) data storage is nominal.
